Mr. Akhnukh Jabiullah has started his career at Demra Law College as a Lecturer of Law in 2015 and is currently working as the Principal (Acting) of the College. At the same time, he has appointed as the Examiner of LL.B Programme by the National University of Bangladesh and is currently working as one of the Head Examiners of LL.B Programme. Mr. Jabiullah is a Research Student, pursuing his MPhil in the Department of Law, Jagannath University, Bangladesh. He has completed his LL.M in International Commercial Law from Higher Education and Training Awards Council (HETAC), Ireland, Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University of Professionals, UK, and LL.B (Hon’s) from the University of Wales, UK.

 

As a research Student, Mr. Jabiullah’s current area of interest is International Law, Corporate Governance Code, Law relating International Financial Institutions, World Banks and its loan process, Relation between the World Bank and its Member States, various functions of the United Nation. Beside this he is also interested in International Trade Law, International Tax Law, OECD Model and its function in Asia, Law relating International Organizations, the law relating to Regional Organizations & Regional Banks, Regional & International Courts, the relationship between Law and Poverty, Law of Refugees, Human Rights Law,  Law of Sea, Implementation of Treaties, Constitutional Law, Evidence Law,  Intellectual Property Law and Jurisprudence.
